Week 4 P.S.

I can see that the feedback can be a valuable tool for libraries. We are always thinking about the changes we should make or better yet, the changes that the patrons would like to see take place. Most people will complain to each other about any business or service, but few will tell the individual organization about the problem. This is a very good oportunity to learn what your patrons are thinking and since it is anonymous, there is a better possibility of comments.

I agree that this could be valuable tool if we use it as such. We live in a society where we like to complain to everybody except the person who could really change anything.
